Emergency requests or repairs should always be called in to Customer Service at 919-962-3456 to ensure we are notified and can respond as quickly as possible. During evening, weekend and holiday hours, the Customer Service number is monitored by UNC Police, who will notify and dispatch on-call staff as necessary.
