The Administration Department is the “service organization for the service organization,” supporting and serving the various departments within Facilities Services, as well as serving the entire campus community. Internally, its mission is to provide budget and financial reporting, business systems support, cost accounting and billing, capital project budgeting and support, human resources, and material procurement and logistics. Externally, its mission is to provide campus-wide services in the areas of mail processing and delivery, trash removal and waste recycling, and motor pool and fleet management support. The Department has a strong focus on customer service and aspires to provide prompt, professional, and meaningful assistance.
