UNC-Chapel Hill is accepting submittals from designers and contractors interested in collaborating with the University on informal projects with budgets below the $500,000 threshold.

Sidewalks at the Koury Oral Health Sciences Building and Manning Drive will be closed beginning Monday, Oct. 3. in support of a drainage project.

Anna Wu, associate vice chancellor for Facilities Services, will retire in spring 2023 after 28 years of service to the University and the state.

A portion of the sidewalk along the east side of South Columbia Street will be closed to pedestrians beginning Sept. 26 to facilitate steam tunnel repairs.
