Construction Manager at Risk - Facilities Services

The State Building Commission has approved the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery system for a number of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Capital Improvement projects.

This website identifies the approved projects, provides brief project descriptions, calendars for construction manager selection, updated information and key project contacts and information.

As of November 18, 2010, UNC Chapel Hill Facilities Planning & Construction launched The Firm Profile on-line database where architects, engineers, general contractors, Construction Manager at Risk companies, and other industry affiliates can input their company’s information. This information will be accessible to the University as well as the public as a search engine for the AEC industry. However, this database does not supersede or validate the authenticity, certification, or licensure of companies compiled within. The RFQ submittal, on-line Firm Profile, and online Project Information Data Sheet shall be used to evaluate proposal submittals and selection of firms/teams.
