Project Description

UNC is seeking engineering services to evaluate and implement enhancements to the MEP systems in Marsico Hall. Marsico Hall is a 340,000 SF biomedical research imaging center and lab located on the main UNC-CH campus. Designer will be providing full design services, including an initial evaluation of building MEP systems and recommendation for enhancements.
