Design Services shall include: Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HazMat Abatement. The design team shall prepare SD, DD, and CD level Contract Documentation to include Life-cycle Cost Analysis, Phasing Plans and Project Budget Cost Analysis.
Current project authorization is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
