UNC Chapel Hill Facilities Services is hosting an open house. We will present our new organizational structure and discuss upcoming opportunities to do business with us. The open house is both a networking session to create new relationships among Architects, Engineers, Contractors and UNC Facilities Services personnel and an opportunity to describe the process of Open Ended Designer Agreements, Contractor selections for informal projects (<$500K), and upcoming capital projects.
