Housekeeping (Extra or Emergency)

Custodial services are regularly performed by Housekeeping Services in academic, administrative, laboratory, research, physical education, residence hall and allied buildings on and off campus. Special requests for additional cleaning services should be submitted using the online Housekeeping Request form.

Emergency housekeeping services are provided in situations when the health and welfare of individuals are endangered or when buildings, equipment or property could be damaged or destroyed. Examples include fire or flood. For emergency housekeeping services between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, contact the Housekeeping Services office. During evening or weekend hours, report emergency issues to UNC Police.
