Philosopher’s Way Trail Runs 10 Mile and 7K

TrailHeads is excited to present the 14th running of the Philosopher’s Way Trail Runs at the Carolina North Forest. In-person races (10 mile and 7k) are planned for Saturday, May 21, 2022. If you prefer to run or walk the course on your own, the courses will be open Saturday, May 21 through Monday, May 30. For those not running the in-person event, the courses will be marked and registrants may run or walk anytime during park hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. TrailHeads will provide information on how to upload evidence of your run and will do random drawings for prizes from among all runners who upload their results. In the event of single-track closures, there will be courses marked on the Forest’s gravel roads.

TrailHeads donates a portion of race proceeds to the Carolina North Forest to support trail management, maintenance and restoration efforts.
