Informal Contracting Open House

Facilities Services is hosting an open house to discuss informal contracting services for both design and construction. A hot breakfast will be provided starting at 7:30 a.m. with presentations beginning at 8:30 a.m. Networking with other designers, contractors and owner representatives will follow.
Who should attend?
Any contractor of designer who is interested in collaborating with UNC-Chapel Hill to complete construction projects with estimated budgets less than $500,000.
What will the open house cover?
We will review contracting guidelines, HUB Good Faith Efforts and designer requirements.
