Informal Contracting Open House: Oct. 18, 2018

Facilities Services is hosting an open house for designers and contractors interested in collaborating with UNC-Chapel Hill on projects with budgets below the $500,000 threshold. The open house will be held Oct. 18, 2018, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Giles F. Horney Building at 103 Airport Drive. Breakfast will be provided beginning at 7:30 a.m., followed by an informational session that will include designer requirements, HUB Good Faith Efforts and UNC-Chapel Hill Informal Contracting Guidelines.

All parties interested in attending should register via go.unc.edu/facilities-event.

The University is accepting Letters of Interest from contractors who are interested in working on informal projects in the following areas. All submittals should be submitted via go.unc.edu/unc-loi by 5:00 p.m., Oct. 26, 2018.
