Heads-up: Over the next two weekends, Scouts from BSA Troop 835 will be replacing the ‘bouncy’ boardwalk on the Nature Observation Trail (aka ‘Forbidden’) on the west side of Bolin Creek, near waypoint 2.
This weekend the boardwalk will be removed. Next weekend (August 15th), the new boardwalk will be installed. THE BOARDWALK WILL BE MISSING FOR A WEEK.
They’ll be putting up flagging and signage on both ends to let folks know that the boardwalk’s out and when they’ll be replacing it.
