Housekeeping staff do more than keep campus residence halls clean: they often serve as a friendly face to students and let them know, “if you need someone to talk to, come to us.”

Nancy Burton, receptionist and administrative support for Housekeeping Services, was selected by Interim Chancellor Kevin M. Guskiewicz to receive the 2019 C. Knox Massey Distinguished Service Award.

Jewel Golson-Roberts trains Housekeeping Services staff across various shifts, but keeping a flexible schedule allows her to work and communicate with most of the Housekeeping staff.
