In addition to the standard housekeeping cleaning tasks and schedules, Housekeeping Services has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces in public spaces, including but not limited to: building entrances, door handles, lobby furniture, stair handrails, ADA door controls, elevator buttons, light switches, time clocks, and restroom surfaces and fixtures. These surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily.

Restrooms Clean and disinfect all restroom surfaces and fixtures Two times daily
Corridors Clean and disinfect building surfaces, including walls, furniture, light switches and display cases Two times daily
Clean and disinfect drinking fountains Two times daily
Empty trash receptacles, spot clean and replace soiled liners Two times daily
Spot clean and disinfect building surfaces One time nightly
Stairs Clean and disinfect building surfaces Two times daily
Elevators Clean cab interior and exterior, including buttons and doors Two times daily
Spot clean surfaces at each elevator landing Two times daily
Clean and disinfect cab interior and exterior One time nightly
Entrances and Lobbies Clean and disinfect building surfaces, including door handles, light switches, railings, furniture, ADA access switches and card readers Two times daily
Cafeterias, Kitchens and Break Rooms Clean and disinfect building surfaces, including doors, tables, cabinets and appliance doors One time nightly
Building occupants should wipe down tables, cabinets, appliance doors and other commonly used surfaces before and after use.
Offices Clean outside door handles Two times daily
Clean and disinfect common area surfaces One time weekly

Building occupants should clean and disinfect inside office cubicles and suites and should wipe down desks, electronic equipment and other commonly used surfaces before and after use
Classrooms Spot check trash receptables One time daily

Instructors and students should wipe down desks, tables, whiteboards and other commonly used surfaces before use
Conference and Meeting Rooms Spot clean and disinfect building surfaces One time nightly
