- University Design and Construction Services, Facilities Planning and Construction, and Real Estate Operations staff should notify the Plan Room Space Management staff when any of the following occur:
- Interior wall locations change
- Demolition of a building begins
- Construction of a building begins
- Acceptance of a building
- Contractors (Capital Projects) request final payment
- Land and/or buildings are purchased
- Land and/or buildings are sold
- Space is leased – acquisition or disposition
- Departments should notify the Plan Room Space Management staff when any of the following occur:
- Space is occupied or freed by the department
- Usage of a space changes
- Space renovations are completed by non-University staff
- Previously reported employee locations are changed
- Holdings Retention and Archives Transfer
- All items provided to the Plan Room Space Management System are processed according to internal processes
