    2. Please review room numbers with Plan Room and Space Management staff if you have any questions
  2. Design Documents
    1. See the Construction Documents policy for details
    2. Due at bid or start of construction
      1. Drawings as editable DWGs with all support files, relative XREFs acceptable
      2. Specifications manual as PDF, DOC or RTF
  3. As-Built Documents
    1. Due at Project Acceptance
      1. Archival quality plans updated As-Built
      2. CAD files, bound and purged, updated As-Built
      3. Specifications
      4. Final Report

  1. University Design and Construction Services, Facilities Planning and Construction, and Real Estate Operations staff should notify the Plan Room Space Management staff when any of the following occur:
    1. Interior wall locations change
    2. Demolition of a building begins
    3. Construction of a building begins
    4. Acceptance of a building
    5. Contractors (Capital Projects) request final payment
    6. Land and/or buildings are purchased
    7. Land and/or buildings are sold
    8. Space is leased – acquisition or disposition
  2. Departments should notify the Plan Room Space Management staff when any of the following occur:
    1. Space is occupied or freed by the department
    2. Usage of a space changes
    3. Space renovations are completed by non-University staff
    4. Previously reported employee locations are changed
  1. Holdings Retention and Archives Transfer
  2. All items provided to the Plan Room Space Management System are processed according to internal processes
