Overview

The project encompasses 393,902 sf of total program, new building and existing parking deck including a new 146,206 sq ft addition across Kenan Drive to the north of the existing McColl Building). Site improvements along Blythe Drive will establish the addition as a new entry, an exterior walkway along the addition’s west façade connects to the new pedestrian bridge, and a series of cascading landscaped terraces and accessible decks connect the site from north to south.
