Last night we learned the bridge at the Rockgarden Rd. OWASA easement moved downstream. Next week – or whenever the water subsides and the banks dry out to where we can get equipment in there – we’ll get it back in place.
This morning, we saw photos of Wormhole rolling and tumbling with stormwater too.
It’ll take a couple of days more for the park to drain and dry. If you see a washout, missing trail feature, or blockage, please let us know at forestmanager@fac.unc.edu.
