Facilities Services is comprised of a staff of more than 850 employees who are committed to providing the campus community with superior service and the best-maintained facilities, working together as a team to provide customers easy access to high-quality services. Our mission and goals are directed towards assuring and maintaining a campus environment that is functional, attractive, safe, and conducive to meeting the academic standards of the University.

To that end, in order to encourage and ensure the professional and personal development of all employees, a variety of tools and resources are made available to staff to enhance service delivery, boost confidence in performing daily tasks, and help prepare for future successes.

The Division of Finance and Operations’ Human Resources service delivery team performs many human resource functions for employees, including payroll management (TIM); recruitment; position classification; performance management administration; benefits administration; employee relations; parking coordination; records management; and staff training and development.

A variety of Human Resources tools and resources are available to staff on the Facilities Services SharePoint site.
