Designer Solicitations – Athletic Facility Study
The goal for this project is to assess multiple University-owned parcels in order to assess potential for a new facility to support the men's and women's basketball programs. The program for the facility is still in development. The scope of this study will include analysis of economic potential of multi-use development, stormwater and other environmental impacts, and transportation constraints.

Designer Solicitations – Rosenau Hall Elevator Modernization
Both single entrance lobby elevators #4643 and #7429 at Rosenau Hall have experienced complete failure of their motor generators. Otis Elevator #4643 was installed in 1961 and Southern Elevator #7429 was installed in 1973. These two units have rated capacities of 2500# each and have 5 landings, Levels B to 4. This project will upgrade these elevators with digital controlled motor drives and modernize the cab interiors and control panels.
