A project to replace the roof of Memorial Hall will begin Thursday, June 20 and is expected to be completed in October. The project will include a comprehensive replacement of all roofing, including the membrane barrel roof, built-up roofs and metal roofs. The entire roof footprint is approximately 20,000 square feet.
The project will require the closure of the Memorial Hall loading dock and a portion of the Hanes Parking Lot. Walkways and building entrances along the perimeter may also be closed as needed as work progresses. Pedestrians should remain alert to construction activities in the area and follow designated pedestrian routes.
