A crane will be installed in the ITS Manning Parking Lot starting Monday, March 25 through Wednesday, March 27. The north side of the ITS Manning lot will remain closed throughout this project, and permit holders and visitors should access the east side of the lot via Manning Drive. To facilitate assembly of the crane, Paul Hardin Drive will be periodically closed to through traffic on Monday, March 25 and Wednesday, March 27. Emergency Room Drive will also be reduced to one lane for periods of time, but two-way traffic will be maintained throughout this project.
Monday, March 25
8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Paul Hardin Drive will be closed to through traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for crane assembly. During this closure, S1 permit holders should access the Public Safety Parking Lot from Emergency Room Drive. The north side of the ITS Manning Parking Lot will close for the remainder of the project.
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Emergency Room Drive will be reduced to one lane while the crane is relocated to the west end of the ITS Manning Parking Lot for continued assembly. Traffic control will be on site and will maintain two-way traffic along Emergency Room Drive.
Wednesday, March 27
8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Emergency Room Drive will be reduced to one lane while the crane is disassembled and relocated. Two-way traffic will be maintained through traffic control.
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Paul Hardin Drive will be closed to through traffic while crane disassembly is completed. During this closure, S1 permit holders should access the Public Safety Parking Lot from Emergency Room Drive.
