UNC Facilities Services is hosting an open house. We will present our new organizational structure and upcoming opportunities to do business with us. The open house is both a networking session to create new relationships among Architects, Engineers, Contractors and UNC Facilities Services personnel and an opportunity to describe the process of Open Ended Designer Agreements; Contractor selections for informal projects (<$500K) and upcoming capital projects.
