Designer Solicitations – Phillips Hall 1960 Building Window Replacement

Phillips Hall - South Addition, is located at 120 E. Cameron Avenue and was constructed and completed in 1960. The existing wood windows at the South Addition are in poor condition primarily because they have exceeded their normal service life. This project will be a comprehensive window replacement of all wood windows located at the 1960 building addition.

Designer Solicitations – Brauer Hall Fire Alarm Systems – Replace Fire Alarm Initiating Devices and Control Panel

This project will replace the fire alarm control panel and initiating devices in Brauer Hall. Brauer Hall is located at 140 Dental Circle and is part of a four building Dental complex which consists of Brauer Hall, First Dental, Koury Oral, and Tarrson Hall. The current fire alarm system located in all four buildings is a Pyrotronics MXL system with a total of 2,683 devices.
