Rates

Facilities Services billing rates are adjusted annually effective with the end of each fiscal year. Fiscal year 2024-2025 rates will go into effect July 22, 2024. The materials and contracts and tiered project rates will remain unchanged. The labor and fixed charge billing rate changes are shown in sections III – VI of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Rates.
