Designer Solicitations – University Libraries Space Master Planning

The Libraries Space Master Plan (LSMP) will address the University Libraries and Facilities, Planning, and Design’s (FPD) need for a comprehensive plan for how to meet this current moment of significant change and opportunity with the physical spaces and service delivery model for our campus. This will grow out of and be developed with strategic planning by the University Libraries, which is currently underway. The Libraries Space Master Plan will need to be developed into a useful tool before the end of the calendar year to help inform priorities for capital and other projects across the University Libraries.

Designer Solicitations – Athletic Facility Study

The goal for this project is to assess multiple University-owned parcels in order to assess potential for a new facility to support the men's and women's basketball programs. The program for the facility is still in development. The scope of this study will include analysis of economic potential of multi-use development, stormwater and other environmental impacts, and transportation constraints.

This project will perform building exterior envelope and facade repairs on 4 buildings located on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. The buildings include New East, New West, Playmakers Theater and Michael Hooker Research Center.
