Maintenance and Repairs

Certain campus maintenance and repair functions are completed on a regular schedule. For other maintenance or repair needs, Facilities Services relies on building occupants to report issues and request service. Maintenance requests include exterior and interior painting, mechanical equipment maintenance, electrical systems maintenance, and the repair of water, air, gas, steam  and sewer systems. Repairs may utilize the services of roofers, masons, carpenters, locksmiths, painters, plasterers, plumbers, electricians or other trade professionals.
