Furniture Loans

To request a furniture loan from Housekeeping Services, submit an online loan request. You will be contacted by the Housekeeping Services moving crew to schedule a date and time for delivery and pickup. Please note: furniture setup services are NOT provided.

Items available for short-term loan include:

• tables (6 feet x 3 feet)
• chairs
• trash cans

Podiums and tents are not available for loan.

Loan Operations

• Upon arrival, you will need to meet the movers to sign for your loan.
• If the loan is delivered outside, and it is not scheduled for pickup on the day it was loaned, the item(s) will need to be stored inside a building and the moving crew notified of the building and location where they were left. Items CANNOT be left outside.
• The moving crew does not work on weekends. Loans delivered on Fridays will not be able to be picked up until the following Monday.

Deliveries and Pickup

For early deliveries that occur between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., the customer will receive a courtesy call from Housekeeping Services to see if anyone is present. Courtesy calls will be made prior to all pickups.
